The registration
fee is only $350.
This fee will be the same whether you attend one, some,
or all locations. No discounted fee is offered to
representatives choosing to attend only selected locations. A
separate fee will be charged for each individual graduate or
professional school program.
The fee reserves your space, which comes with one table and one
or more chairs (Please inform us as to the number of chairs
needed).
Note that some locations provide no electricity.
According to the particular site and time of day, full
breakfast, continental
breakfast, snacks, lunch, or dinner may also be included.
Save $50
by registering
early! To qualify for the "Early Bird Discount," please
return your completed registration form and check before
Friday, August 22, 2008 (postmarked). Those registering
before August 22 will pay only $300.
Please note: Early registration must include early payment.
You will not receive the "Early Bird Discount" unless your
registration and your payment are postmarked before the
deadline.

Alabama Connection Team.
A confirmation letter will be mailed to you.
We regret that we cannot accept
credit cards.
Important Note About
Cancellations & Refunds:
No refunds will be made after
August 22. The $300.00 Early Bird registration and payment must
be received prior to August 22. If a registered organization
cancels prior to August 22, they will receive a refund less a
$50.00 administrative fee. After August 22, the registration
fee is $350.00 and no refund will be made.
In
order to promote awareness of opportunities for prospective
graduate students, please feel free to share this information
with appropriate departments on your campus. Pass along to
colleagues the address of our website.

Please review the registration procedures before completing the
registration form.
Complete a
separate registration form
for each
participating department or program within an institution that is
represented by a separate admissions office (Some universities have
more than one graduate program each with a distinct admissions
entity). For universities that have multiple graduate/professional
school programs that each desire to attend, representatives should
be prepared to pay $350 per program (per table).
Print out
the registration form provided on this website and complete the
necessary information. Be sure to write legibly.

check payable to Alabama
Connection Team.
